Our Greatest Inventions:

Pipeline
  • The Pipeline - A proprietary system to manage, systematize, evaluate and automate our entire business.
  • The Morvay Rank (tm) - An advanced algorithm that assigns an integer to the website ideas we come up with. This allows us to rank our ideas and only build the highest ranked ones, ensuring every site we build is a success.
  • Employee Rank - A simple but effective key performance indicator (KPI) based system to track the effectiveness of our incredible employees.

Originally founded in 1998, Globalization Automation started as an internet consulting company and later specialized in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for clients. Twelve years later, in 2010, the founders met at a simple dinner table for weeks on end until GA was re-born as a private web development corporation. We choose to no longer serve clients and decided to build websites that we keep ourselves.

This new business direction has been an incredibly profound decision and GA has since become an emerging world leader of private web development. Overall though, the employees of the new GA truly deserve the credit for our incredible success, they are what truly propels us forward.

Stephen Morvay, President, said it best: “Simply stated, GA has always been just ordinary people who came aboard and achieved more than they ever thought possible through the opportunity and support they found.”

Ordinary People, Extraordinary Achievements

Those “ordinary people” pioneered practices that are now the centerpieces of the private web development industry. They include systems management, systems integration, centralized transaction processing, and the world's most automated development pipeline.

GA builds on its strong heritage of honesty, efficiency and aggressive business tactics to dominate our industry. Time and again, the people of GA prove that they never give up until we have succeeded.

The Founders of Globalization Automation

"I've always been a visionairy", said Jason Fox the Chairman of GA. "In the early days it was all about making our technology work. Now it's all about optimizing and empowering our workers to succeed. I wanted to build a company where everyone involved could take personal ownership of it. This paved the GA way - a symbiotic Employee/Company relationship of mutual success."
